1. What is Sprint Perks?
Sprint Perks extends savings and special offers to employees, students, universities and organizations who team up with us. Thinking of joining Sprint? All you have to do is submit your work, school or organization email to see if you qualify for savings with Sprint Perks at sprint.com/perks.

2. How do I know if Sprint extends special offers to my company or organization?
Go to sprint.com/perks and complete the form using your company email address. You’ll then receive an email notifying you of eligibility. You also can call 877-607-9002 or visit a Sprint Store. Eligibility will depend on the agreement established between Sprint and your employer, school or organization.

3. When will the discount appear on my invoice?
Once we validate your information, the discount will appear on your invoice in 1 to 2 billing cycles.

4. How do I prove my eligibility to participate in Sprint Perks?
Submit valid proof of eligibility online or by fax:
  • Provide your corporate or affiliated email address online:
  1. Visit sprint.com/verify.
  2. Enter the email address provided to you by the organization affiliated with the discount and we’ll send you an email immediately.
  3. Open the email and click the verification link by the date provided.
  • Upload proof online if you don't have a work email address:
  1. Visit sprint.com/verify.
  2. Complete the online form and upload your proof document OR
  3. Fax a copy of the Sprint Perks Request Form along with your proof document to 913-523-1987 or toll-free 877-687-8211.
Depending on the type of organization and agreement, the following items are considered valid proof documents:
  • Current employee identification badge.
  • Active membership card.
  • Unexpired credit union credit/debit card.
  • Recent pay or pension stub issued within the last 90 days.
  • Current statement of account issued within the last 90 days.
  • Veterans ID Card or Department of Defense form 214.
  • Military orders or W-2 for military employees/retirees.
Be sure to completely black out, cover up or delete all confidential information such as Social Security number, financial institution account numbers, credit and debit card numbers, date of birth and salary detail. Sprint is not liable for confidential information that you do not black out, cover up or delete. Please ensure the following information is clearly displayed on your proof of eligibility: your name, organization name and any applicable dates.

5. How do I check the status of my verification?
Follow these steps:
  • Visit sprint.com/verify.
  • Enter your Sprint wireless phone number.
  • Click Continue and follow the instructions.
6. Can I use my personal email address to verify my eligibility?
We cannot accept personal email addresses. If the only email address you have is a personal one, please go to sprint.com/verify and upload your proof documentation or fax in the documentation.

7. Does the Sprint discount apply to all wireless services?
No, eligibility for a discount depends on the service plan you have chosen for your phone.

8. How will I know when it's time to validate my eligibility to continue receiving my program benefits?
Because discounts are based on a contractual relationship between Sprint and the company or organization, individuals requesting a discount must periodically validate their affiliation with the company or organization tied to the discount. We ask all customers that currently receive monthly service discounts to re-validate their eligibility when:
  • Phone is upgraded and no revalidation has occurred recently.
  • Request is submitted to change from one discount program to another.
9. How long does Sprint give me to prove my eligibility for Sprint Perks?
We will send you text or email reminders, and you have 30 days from date of activation, phone upgrade or program change to complete the verification process.

10. If I qualify for two Sprint Perks discounts, can I get both discounts applied to my account?
No, you are limited to one Sprint Perks discount per account.
